PIERCE PRINTING

Process

STEP 1) Select Products

Step 1

After you have created your personalized Pierce Printing online account, you will be able to place orders. You must have an account to take advantage of our great products and services. If you have any questions concerning your online account or have any questions about creating your online account, please contact us.

To order, simply fill out your contact information, browse our wide product list, click on the products you wish to order, select how many of each product you want and move on to Step 2.

STEP 2) File Preparation

Step 2

Once you’ve selected the products you would like to order, it’s time to review the files you need printed. Open the files with the layout software it was created in (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, etc). Please make sure your files follow our file preparation guidelines.

Need a template? You can download one from our template page. As always, contact our professional staff with any questions.

Files ready? Move to Step 3

STEP 3) Upload Your Files

Step 3

Now your files are ready to send to our PrePress Department for print preparation. Depending on the order placed, you may have more than one file to upload. To upload a file, simply click the upload button and select the file on your computer you wish to print. If your job requires printing on the opposite side of the page, please repeat this step. Your files will be uploaded, reviewed and an e-mail, with a proof for your approval, will arrive shortly.

STEP 4) Approval/Edits

Step 4

In the email notification you will have received after completing step 3, will be a link to Pierce Printing's Proofing Room. You will be able to review, make minor edits and approve your design file. Should you need to make simple text edits, *Pierce Printing's PrePress Team will provide you with new proofs until you are satisfied. Our online proofing room system guarantees your project will print correctly the first time.

*In order to make simple edits, files that can be edited must be submitted.
